Are airport transfers included in the passes?
Yes, all of our bundle passes include round-trip airport transfers from either Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) or George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) to your accommodation.
Can I customize my pass?
While our passes are pre-bundled to offer the best value, we do offer flexible scheduling. If you have specific requests, please reach out to our team before booking.
How do I book a pass?
Simply select your desired pass, choose your travel dates and group size, and follow the secure online checkout process. You will receive an instant confirmation email.
Is there a minimum number of people required?
All passes require a minimum of two people. Pricing is calculated per person.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 7 days in advance of your scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If a specific tour (like a catamaran cruise) is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule the activity or provide a refund for that specific portion of your pass.
Are meals included?
Certain tours, such as the full-day Soufriere tour and Catamaran Land & Sea, include a local buffet lunch. Please check the specific details of your chosen pass.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included in the bundle passes. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip to Saint Lucia.
