Terms & Conditions – One Pass Travel

Welcome to One Pass Travel. By booking a tour, transfer, or travel package with One Pass Travel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.

PAYMENTS

Full payment or the required deposit must be made to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service may qualify for a refund, less any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of a package.

 TOUR RULES

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, guests must follow these rules:

  • Guests must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Drivers and tour guides will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Late guests may be considered a no-show.
  • Follow all instructions given by your driver, guide, or tour operator.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity booked.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. One Pass Travel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Certain activities may require guests to sign a separate waiver provided by the activity operator.

TOUR & TRANSFER PACKAGES

Package inclusions are listed on each tour page. Services not specifically listed are not included.

DELAYS

One Pass Travel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, natural disasters, airline delays, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in booked activities and should disclose any medical conditions or mobility concerns before travel.

LIABILITY

Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. One Pass Travel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of property, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before your tour.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to process reservations and provide our services.
